No, in fact, we only clean the windows you want done, when you want them done.

Unless special arrangements have been made with our offices, there are a few factors which come in to play for scheduling.

One, is the requested basis of service.

Two, the weather. Unless a specific date has scheduled for service, regular client scheduling is subject to change.

Third is service availability. As much as possible, customers are grouped together for service in the interest of reducing travel costs. This helps us keep our prices low.

As often as you need. The basis of service is entirely up to you.

Any stains or spots that remain on your windows after cleaning may be one or more of the following:

If the window is question is double-paned, the spot or stain you are seeing may be between the panes. If this is a sealed double pane window, this will be impossible to fix. If there is a great deal of fogging between the panes, you may wish to consider replacing the window.
• Some times lime and mineral deposits accumulate on the outside of the windows. This may be from a sprinkler system or some other water related issue. This staining is also seen at houses which are on gravel roads. Provided that the staining hasn't been on the glass long enough to bond in to the pores, the stain is removable. There are stains however which can not be safely removed.
• There are some chemicals which can have an etching or permanent discoloring effect on glass. If these have come in contact with your windows, they may not be removable.

Proof of insurance may be obtained by calling our office at 402-770-0623. Please note, you may be asked for your customer id or service location address if you are an existing customer. If you have requested an estimate, and were given an estimate number, you may also be asked for this as well.

At a minimum, we highly recommend regular exterior window cleaning on a monthly basis for your home or business. For best results in high traffic or heavily dusty areas, we recommend bi-weekly. Monthly or bi-weekly cleaning dramatically reduces the chances of mineral deposits and permanent stains on your windows.

For restaurant clients, we highly recommend weekly exterior and interior cleaning, as the amount of finger prints which can accumulate in doorways and window seating far exceeds that of other types clients.
