How do I get started with Mike's?
It's Simple! Click the Estimates button on the Main Menu to begin a request for your free estimate. Simply answer a few short questions, and a member of our staff will contact you to arrange your free consultation.
What will it cost to have my windows cleaned?
Because no two houses are the same, the pricing will vary depending on number and make of windows, accessibility, and condition of the glass. For new customers, we provide free on site estimate services.
How do you base your estimates?
Our estimates are baesd on a carefull examination of your windows, performed by one of our customer service representatives.
Why do I need an estimate?
We provide free estimates to all new customers so that you can know what the maximum cost of services will be. While the price does not include any applicable taxes, you WILL know what the final cost is. No hidden charges!
Do you require contracts?
No.

Mike's Window Service WILL NEVER ask for term contracts for it's residential customers.

In most cases, a simple general service agreement is all that is required.
*If the condition of the windows is deemed to be questionable, Mike's Window Service may we require an liability waiver.

For average comercial locations, once a month (once every 4 weeks) is typical.

If your business receives higher than average customer traffic, such as a resturaunt or retail store front, once every 2 weeks, or even weekly service is reccomended.

How can I get an even LOWER price per service?
Regularly serviced windows are always easier to clean. The more often you have them cleaned, the less time each service call takes. Because of this, Mike's will pass the savings on to YOU!

How can I keep my windows looking their best between services.
Thank you for asking!

Avoid using tape on your glass as much as possible, especially if you have tint on the inside of your windows.

If you do need to use tape for a poster, use scotch tape.

Never use scratch pads, or steel wool to remove a spot from a window. THIS CAN permanently scratch your glass.
